Bio

 

From Fine Art - Food Art,  I spent several amazing years in a R&D kitchen , travelling internationally to execute taste lead multi sensory installations.

My food trainging was enriched by stages at St Johns and Vajante.

In 2015 I founded Tentacle Eatery a seafood pop up, and have produce besoke workshops and dinners. 

Clients include, Yinka Shonibare Studio, International Women's Day, London Craft Festival, and Sebastian Cox Ltd on food workshops and dinners.
